School Nurse
Mrs. Michelle Hill
Nurse Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from BGSU and her School Nurse Licensure from Ashland University. She has been a nurse for 16 years and has had the pleasure of spending the last 7 years working in the school setting. She joined the Saint Rose staff in September, 2016.
RTI Coordinator
Mrs. Betsy Naveaux
Mrs. Naveaux has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Education in curriculum and reading from the University of Toledo. She has taught several areas of special education, as a reading specialist, and as a kindergarten teacher.
Intervention Specialist
Mrs. Jody Ward
Mrs. Ward has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education with a Reading Endorsement. She additionally holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications- Broadcasting/Journalism. Mrs. Ward's joined the Saint Rose faculty in 2016 as the full time Intervention Specialist, and began her teaching career in 1994. Previously, Mrs. Ward taught Kindergarten, First, Second, and Fourth Grade and was also a Reading Specialist.
Intervention Specialist
Mrs. Barbara Houck
Mrs. Houck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Education of the Handicapped. In 2019, Mrs. Houck joined the Saint Rose staff after teaching for more than 30 years. She is licensed to teach both elementary and special education students and works primarily with Saint Rose Middle School students.
School Counselor
Mrs. LeAnna DiFeterici
Mrs. DiFeterici, known to the students as Mrs. D., has her Master's in Counselor Education. She joined the Saint Rose staff in 2019 as the School Counselor. Prior to joining Saint Rose, Mrs. D. had 15+ years of experience with the ESC Lake Erie West since 2008 and serving both Lial Catholic School and Holy Trinity.
Speech Therapist
Mrs. Karen Mulholland
Mrs. Mulholland has her Bachelor's plus degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Bowling Green State University and is licensed by the state of Ohio. Mrs. Mulholland has been helping children improve their communication skills for over 50 years, joining the Saint Rose staff in 2004.
Reading & Math Specialist
Mrs. Dana Schaefer
Mrs. Schaefer is a former fourth grade teacher, with a Bachelors of Science in Education degree from the University of South Florida and a Masters Degree in Reading from Bowling Green State University. She is also trained in the Orton-Gillingham reading program. Mrs. Schaefer joined the Saint Rose staff in 2019.
Auxilary Services Clerk
Mrs. Sharon Pinkelman
Mrs. Pinkelman has worked as the ASP Clerk at Saint Rose School since 1990.
